At E-Living, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your E-Living account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and pack it into its original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
